I went to the gym with my sister yesterday and she was showing me some good abs and hamstrings workouts! Then she told me that she's going to start doing 50 pushups throughout the day until she can do 50 in a row!! Why not join the bandwagon on that one? The pushups can be wimp-sauce girly ones on your knees, or not quite 90 degree elbows, but they need to be the best you can do. And, the part I like the most is that I can spread them out throughout the day. Kay and I did 30 at the gym, and then right before I went to bed, I did my last 20! But I'm planning on spreading them out a little more today.. my arms/chest muscles are sore already!!
Just you wait.. those arms that you see up above are going to be so beautiful in a little while!!
